Basic Objectives:
To be the first point of contact for patient needs and ensure their questions and concerns are addressed within 24 hours.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage 30+ calls, emails, and chats per day
- Provide pre-visit instructions
- Resolve patient concerns or escalate appropriately
