Basic Objectives:

To facilitate a seamless and professional front desk experience including answering calls, managing the calendar, and scheduling appointments efficiently.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Schedule/reschedule patient appointments
  • Confirm all next-day appointments
  • Respond to patient inquiries within 1 hour during business hours
  • Handle approximately 60+ calls per day
  • Maintain up-to-date calendar and EMR records
