Front Desk Coordinator
Basic Objectives:
To facilitate a seamless and professional front desk experience including answering calls, managing the calendar, and scheduling appointments efficiently.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Schedule/reschedule patient appointments
- Confirm all next-day appointments
- Respond to patient inquiries within 1 hour during business hours
- Handle approximately 60+ calls per day
- Maintain up-to-date calendar and EMR records
