Basic Objectives:
Manage end-to-end recruitment including posting, screening, and interview scheduling.
All Inbox Zero Recruiters are Trained Using the Aligned Leader Progam
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Post ads by 10 a.m. daily
- Screen 20–30 applications daily
- Schedule 5–8 interviews/day
